Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The Gentle Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% confident in the products you use for your little ones. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 Hygiene & Health Restrictions

To protect the health of all our tiny customers:

  • Sealed Items: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original tamper-evident packaging.
  • Baby Hygiene Items: Products such as diapers, teethers, and opened skincare cannot be returned once the seal is broken for health and safety reasons.
  • Clothing: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original “Pure Paths” tags attached.

3.3 Damaged or Defective Items

We understand the urgency of baby care. If an item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify care@purepaths.store within 24 hours.
  2. Include a photo of the defect and the invoice.
  3. We will prioritize a replacement shipment to ensure your nursery routine is not interrupted.

3.4 Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer store credit or direct bank transfer.
